Description
If your nutrition level is low and resting environment is bad, or if you used all your inspiration, you will gain the lethargic state, indiciating very low inspiration regeneration rate.
Lethargic is just a status effect. It can't be removed, but it would disappear when you have a nice inspiration recover rate or when you get enough inspiration.
Some machines or device would speed up the inspiration recover process.
