When your body temperature get to a dangerous situation, you experience bar would become body temperature indicator, and you would get hurt after it become completly red.
You should find a Shelter from wind and rain ASAP and light up a campfire to maintain body temperature.
Avoid drenched in snow or soaked in water, this make you become wet and easily lost body temperature.
Maybe you will need instruments to measure various temperatures later
Environment temperature is different from Soil temperature.
